How often do you guys have cheat days? Well. Controlled cheats lol.
I think every other weekend I'll have a controlled cheat where I increase calories to maintenance and just track everything I eat. Disregarding macros but trying to get in a lot of carbsNot serious.

How many of you guys are actually counting your calories on your cut.. I've personally have never really counted or kept track, but I wonder if it'll actually give me a bigger advantage in the end..

There's a big advantage to tracking in that it makes it much easier to be consistent and to make adjustments as necessary. If you aren't tracking, and you weight stalls, how do you know if your weight really stalled, or you just unknowingly ate more cals over that period? The only downside is it takes a little more time to prep.

there was some math discussion going on earlier. i think frumpy and maybe 1 or 2 other people? any good resources for teaching myself some calculus based probability and stats.
taking it and need it to get my degree but the professor is bad and the book he chose is bad. the first midterm(worth 25% of grade) even after a 15 point scale only 6/24 people in the class passed(> 60).** Patriots Crew **

Huggeeeeee advantage and disadvantage IMO.. I've done both.. By tracking cals I got the most shredded I've ever been but it messed my head up pretty bad...prep brain I guess.. Without tracking, I pretty much knew a ballpark of what I was eating but there was less discipline and it was more relaxed...I got lean but not NEAR when I tracked everything...
Best advice to you..don't set a "goal" physique bc you will never achieve it..you will always want more and more and will never be happy which isn't always a bad thing but rather set a time limit.. A reasonable one at that. Say 12-16 weeks and stick to that no matter what, stay consistent and constantly adjust or you will stall for sure.
You can do it brah and trust me it's worth it though it may suck really bad after about week 6Sooo I wrote my own book. Check it out via the link below!
