    Eating to little or to much for stats

    Hi,

    I see people cutting on a bit less to what I'm bulking at my stats : 5"8, 140lb, 21years old. **** stats I know but my goal is hitting 2,520. Would this be enough?

    You're only 140 lbs, 2520 i guess could be correct. If you're gaining ~1lb. a week id say you're on the right track. Up the calories once your gains taper.

    up to 2700 ish as daily men requirement average is 2500 lol
