SOTD: ADP Mandorlo di Sicilia. I don't like gourmands but I this smells so hhhhnnngggg

Great almond/vanilla frag. Never thought I'd see another CCer post that they don't like gourmands. There's really only a few I like - some of the "less overly gourmand" ones are nice like Ambre Narguile and DHI, but I never really want to smell exactly like a creamsicle, chocolate covered strawberry, etc

I'm the same. I like some, but definitely not as much as the rest of the CC.

My favorite scents are more along the lines of Romance Silver, Riverside Drive, Aventus, etc. I don't even know what you'd classify that stuff as.. woody/spicy/citrus?

it's unisex. I don't think it's too feminine, did you check the Basenotes link I posted? Most reviews there are from men.
While some unisex frags lean one way or another, I honestly think this one is pretty much right down the middle, maybe slightly more masculine.

It smells a lot like my wife's D&G Light Blue (for women) with a sharper/bitter citrus. They're very close though, another Basenote review mentions it as well.

Been a while since I smelled Roadster, so I can't really say. Is that the minty one?

Myself or vapump aren't in this thread much anymore so I'd like to limit splitting to only the original couple of guys. Anytime money changes hands on bb.com, it need to be monitored carefully, per admin. No ones in here that can really monitor it, so to be safe, I doubt there will be any new splitters being approved moving forward.

night time and summer is a tough combo. I always go with aventus or GIT. Basically you would just be wearing a day frag at night, or maybe something that blends winter and summer like The One. If you want to smell good cheaply during the summer you cant go wrong with allure sport, like the other poster was asking about. I prefer AHS over DHS. Also look into summer cheapies Nautica voyage, Fresco, Blanc, and set sail st barts

For what it's worth, I've done business with a few of the still active approved splitters (which aren't that many these days) + PGJ and I can honestly say Ion should get some consideration to be added to that list. His level of professionalism is as high as any of the ones I've dealt with.

I can't possibly be the only CC lurker turned CC noob who's learned from, and been helped out greatly by the chance to experience frags I'd otherwise not have access to.

I know BB.com has to cover it's ass, but I hope you can take into consideration that these guys, aristopF included, aren't trying to phuck anybody over and not chit on them for splitting.

Hypnotic Poison... Hnnng smells so good and there's nothing else like it. Flowerbomb smells nice but it's not too unique. It's like a smoother Pink Sugar

Wish this stuff would last more than 3 hours. But those 3 hours it was projecting like crazy. This fragrance shines about 1 hour in, that's when it's hnnnngggg

Re: the whole 'mod-approved splitter' issue, surely that leaves bb.com more liable to issues than if you just told people to buy at their own risk? By acting as a third party guarantor of a sellers legitimacy through mod-approval it seems as if the site puts itself in a dangerous position.
