Malt is almost sickly sweet to me while Havane is tolerable. They've grown on me a bit since I got my samples, but still not wearable for me. Pure Leather is much better to my nose and I've actually made it out of the house with it on a couple of times.

haha, that's strange. Whenever I wear my AIW, I feel more like I'm wearing VIW with a splash of Aventus, even though it's the complete opposite. Maybe I got a strong batch of VIW (it was TP's split)

I've heard mixed things about pure leather but never tried it personally. aside from the new Pure Wood, the other TM I eventually want to try is Pure Coffee

They're both equally sweet to me and thats my main issue with both. on my skin, pure malt gets powdery in the dry down and that mixed with the extreme sweetness is what makes it unwearable for me. i can somewhat tolerate the sweetness in pure havane because it doesn't get so powdery on my skin

Tried it -- found it interesting but too sweet for my tastes. I find that the Thierry Mugler stuff doesn't really alight with my preferences.

Brahs what are your 5 worst fragrances you have ever smelled.

I literally can only think of YSL Kuoros as a super scrubber along with PR 1 Million, Loewe 7 and TFPB Arabian Wood and Amouage Interlude Man. I'm sure there must be loads more I hate, it's not like I go out and intentionally smell the ones I hate again in the mall. They probably get nowhere near my skin so I can quickly discard the smell from my memory as often I will have just smelled the fragrance from the bottle and decided to not even bother spraying on a paper strip.
