hey guys, so i have this problem. my back is getting weaker despite me training them, i used to row 75kg for 5 with strict form last year, but i changed to do pendlays and felt that it wasnt working, so this year i changed back to barbell rows, but i cant seem to progress past 60kg. i dont think my nutrition is the problem because ive been progressing in all other body parts. please help! thanks
