Unhappy [Need Advice] I got lean arms :(

    Hi everyone,

Im new here and this is my first post.

So.... I an avg skinny person.I am about 19yrs old. The issue i am facing is my bloody skinny hands. I meahn its like my arms are still like a 10yr old guy's arm. I hand to use full sleeve shirts or put my arms in my pant pockets to hide em. My arms seriously look embarrassing and i hate it.

Most of my friends make fun out of my stupid hands. The main problem is i have 6 packs, pretty well built lower parts and my legs look like class A athlete. And my hands....

Well everything was fine until last year, when i was thin overall, now everything other than my hands are big n muscular and i look like some kinda alien.

I think i have done wrong exercises. I think i am gona starr from 1... I need your help to "fix" my arms.

    What exercises should i do?
Any protien shakes / multi vitamin tablets??
    Anything else?

What are you on about? All i'm seeing is a forearm and a hand, your making yourself paranoid and your friends have picked up on it and have resulted in taking digs! You shouldn't just wish to train forearms, if your that worried about it find a program, stick to it, and your 'problem' may resolve.

    Deadlifts, and rows.

Thank me in a few months.

It's hard to tell the problem, but if you are unhappy that's fair enough! Try doing 5 sets of wrists curls a week for a month whilst sticking to your normal muscle building diet they should grow.

Also, as the above post said, deadlifts and row will really work your forearms so stick with them. On bicep day, make sure you are performing 3-5 sets of slow contracting hammer curls, this will help to. In a couple of months time if you work your forearms and diet right they will have grown a lot. Good luck!

Use as many protein shakes as you like if they help you consume more calories. Lift more, eat more. Patience.
