I was doing IF of 16/8 with my calories at (-30/+10) for 16 weeks but I hit a plateau so I want to change my calorie cycling to something more hardcore, I was thinking on (-20/0) or (-30/0) or even (-40/+10)
I weight 170 right now(coming from 190) and I train 4 times a week
what do you think about guys? is it too much of a deficit?

What do you mean by it works? Will you still lose fat if you are in a deficit, yes. If that is what you mean by "it works" then you are correct. If however you meant it makes fat loss faster or muscle retention greater, then you are incorrect. Calories for the week are really all that matter in that respect.

Don't be stupid. Eat a consistent diet.
Contrary to popular belief, I dont actually bench 900lbs, as stated in my username.
Supplement Stack:

-MusclePharm Fish Oil
-Caffeine Tablets
Nutritional ketosis requires explicit reduction of CHO intake to generally lower than 50 g/d and, for some, <30 g/d. Protein must also be restricted, often to <1.8 g/d per kg body mass and sometimes to < 1.2 g/d per kg, with remaining calories composed from fat.

If you like it, then fine. Just know that it doesn't do anything really. Total calories for the week will determine your progress.

Here's my IF and calorie cycling regiment for weight loss.
1. Under normal circumstances I eat 3 meals a day with 1 snack before or during training.
2. If I am feeling deprived during the week, I do a IF and skip breakfast so I can have a large dinner with more discretionary calories in one sitting.
3. If my weight is down more than I predicted on Friday, I calorie cycle by eating extra calories on Saturday and Sunday- which also gives me some incentive to come in a little under during the week.
Works for me bro. 5 weeks, down 5 pounds. Maintaining all my lifts.
