Yesterday I hit 135lb for 8 on the OHP at 151lb bodyweight (inb4 who was bodyweight OHP, fuk u).

Yeah its strict, except for the first rep, I have a bad habit of doing a slight push press after unracking. Gonna stay with 135 for a bit to make it strict as fuuaarrkk

Just start out with a weight thats light for you, and watch Matt Ogus' or Omar Isuf's video on OHP form. That's what helped me mate
