    elbow hurting from ez-bar curls

How do you actually do them...? My right inner elbows is hurting from them. Straight bar curls never give me this problem.

It's called elbow tendinitis. It's not from the bar it self. You basically have ****ty elbows, wear a brace when you lift it will help.

That's tendonitis. Don't do exercises that you can feel pain. It will never heal if you do.

Try doing less weight. Sounds like your over doing it. No sense trying to be a hero.

Hah, I wasn't being a dick I have the same problem. I got a brace from amazon specifically for this issue and it does help or else just take some time off cause I'm sure every time you lift it aggravates it further. Now I can actually do curls, chin ups, and skull crushers with out feeling like my elbow is gonna explode.
