If you want to use Iodine but are scared of it fking your thyroid up, consider just putting 1 drop of iodine on your wrist 3-4 days a week.

Guys you really don't need more than 1mg of iodine a day. If you're not seeing results with iodine at 200-800mcg a day, then iodine deficiency is not your main problem. Of all the specialists reports I've read who treat patients with thyroid issues, none of them believe high dosing with iodine is necessary.
There's only one guy out there who supports the idea of supplementing in the 12-50mg range, but his approach doesn't tackle many of the other problems that could be causing thyroid problems, beyond low iodine.

What's everyone's opinion about Garlic/Onions? I mean, they make you smell bad, and give you BO for sure. It's also an antibiotic, and while killing harmful bacteria etc, it also kills beneficial gut flora. Has anybody looked into the research of Dr Robert Beck? He claims garlic is a poison and de-synchronizes the brain by the sulphone hydroxil ion in the garlic reaching the brain. He says things like pilots in ww2 were told not to eat garlic/onions before they fly because, by de-synchronizing the brain, your reaction time would drastically decrease. Garlic/Onions are also in the list of the five pungent plants of the Tibetan monks. They supposedly don't eat them.
I'm really on the fence here, because although I don't necessarily believe (or not believe) the research of Dr Robert Beck, he's only one person with these very very strong opinions and little to no research has been done on the relationship between garlic and brain synchronization. I probably will stay away from white onions/garlic because I don't like to have bad reeking BO, but I urge you guys to look into this more and let me know, as I personally have not came to a conclusion yet.

Only read through about half of the thread but im realizing that a significant factor in my hair loss is due to my scalp eczema. The temple that has been receding is the only part of my scalp that doesnt have eczema on it. Does anyone know how to treat this? The left temple that has scalp eczema is still perfectly in tact and my hair loss seems to stop when it reached my scalp eczema.

04-27-2015, 01:19 AM #4964Ejaculation is the reason for balding both progressively and slowly and by balding I am referring specifically to the MPB which accounts for 95% of all balding in men. The difference between your previous threads you have read is I have proof and with almost two months of using my ERT (Ejaculation Rythem Technique) I have seen significant growth and hair density is through the roof. Modern Science has balding a** backwards but luckily for all of you Male Pattern Baldness will be a thing of the past because I will show you the proof and explain both how to stop it and reverse it and I will do it for free(for now anyway in the future I may try and patent the process or sell it somehow so feel lucky to read this). I need before after pictures I worked hard to bring you this information for free so return the favor and take some pictures and follow the suggestions thoroughly.
Discussion on the approved medications for hair loss.
(Propecia) Was designed to shrink the prostate. It does simply that. The prostate is where the majority of DHT is manufactured in your body. You can shrink your prostate naturally thus creating lower levels of DHT by decreasing ejaculations. How much you might ask? While trying to regain hair I suggest no more then once per month. While trying to maintain hair once per week may be OK but more likely it would once every two weeks. However, these numbers are not tested and only you know how often you do it and whatever that frequency is dramatically decrease it to both maintain and regain hair. Some may ask well I masturbated/sex all my life how come after my early twenties did I start losing hair? This is because your prostate begins growing at puberty and for most stops increasing at the early twenties when it has reached this size it is particularly vulnerable to ejaculations and If you think that is bad wait till it begins increasing in your 40's again then for some it will be very hard to maintain your hair because ejaculation frequency will have to be even less. Propecia side affects are no coincidence 1. Loss of Libido 2. Inability to obtain erection 3. Inability to ejaculate. The reason Propecia is dangerous especially for the young is the decreased prostate will lower all the male hormones when your prostate is not inflamed directly after ejaculating thus giving some people man boobs, loss of muscle tone and other feminine characteristics. I think Propecia should only be prescribed to men over the age of say......35 unfortunately this countries medical system is far past honest and reliable.
(Rogaine) Is a vasodilator, its active ingredient Minoxidil is referring to the chemical production of Nitric Oxide . Sure it works good at this however even better is the production of Nitric Oxide as it is manufactured naturally through your body during exercise. This does not include weight training I am refering to a light jog or brisk walk for 30 minutes once or twice per day make sure you break a sweat. Another great vasodilator that most people don't use in there day to day life is cold water. All the water on earth besides hot springs are below 70 degrees Fahrenheit for most of the year. The entire idea of showering in hot water is quite ridiculous and has terrible side affects including anxiety, irritable bowl syndrome, dry skin, hair loss, and much more. One cold shower and you will be thanking me the rest of your life. Some say a cold bath is better I feel it best to start off in Luke warm water and slowly decrease when it gets pretty cold I lean over and let the water run through my hair as the blood rushes and then stand up straight again letting the cold water fall down my body. Repeat this several times for a few minutes every time you take a shower you will instantly notice an increase in density and hair quality within a few days. No need for shampoo. Make sure you do not go out into a cold room after a cold shower and check with your doctor to see if its a good idea for you its believed very skinny people should not take cold showers or women who are pregnant.
(Tight Scalps Effects on frontal hair loss) if your front hairline is being formed to a odd shaped head then scalp laxity exercises as well regular scalp exercises will both help you. The blood that is brought to the front of your hair line is very sensative to a growing scalp so as it grows as you get older it gets tight and needs to have tha laxity when you were young. Some men this is not a problem is quite easy to notice who will have this problem by simply looking at their forehead. Remember decreased blood flow with high levels of DHT is what causes hair loss.
More gems to come.

04-27-2015, 01:33 AM #4965History
In 1974, Julianne Imperato-McGinley of Cornell Medical College in New York attended a conference on birth defects. She reported on a group of hermaphroditic children in the Caribbean who appeared sexually ambiguous at birth, and were initially raised as girls, but then grew external male genitalia and other masculine characteristic post-onset of puberty. Her research group found that these children shared a genetic mutation, causing deficiency of the 5α-reductase enzyme and male hormone dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which was found to have been the etiology behind abnormalities in male sexual development. Upon maturation, these individuals were observed to have smaller prostates which were underdeveloped, and were also observed to lack incidence of male pattern baldness.[47][48]
In 1975, copies of Imperato-McGinley's presentation were seen by P. Roy Vagelos, who was then serving as Merck's basic-research chief. He was intrigued by the notion that decreased levels of DHT led to the development of smaller prostates. Dr. Vagelos then sought to create a drug which could mimic the condition found in the pseudo-hermaphroditic children in order to treat older men who were suffering from benign prostatic hyperplasia.[49]
In 1992, finasteride (5 mg) was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), which Merck marketed under the brand name Proscar.
In 1997, Merck was successful in obtaining FDA approval for a second indication of finasteride (1 mg) for treatment of male pattern baldness (MPB), which was marketed under the brand name Propecia.

04-27-2015, 01:38 AM #49665-Alpha Reductase deficiency
At puberty, individuals often have primary amenorrhoea and may experience virilization. This may include descending of the testes, hirsutism (facial/body hair considered normal in males - not to be confused with hypertrichosis), deepening of the voice, and enlargement of the clitoris.
In adulthood, individuals do not experience male-pattern baldness
As DHT is a far more potent androgen than testosterone alone, virilization in those lacking DHT may be absent or reduced compared to males with functional 5-ARD. It is hypothesized that rising testosterone levels at the start of puberty (around age twelve) are able to generate sufficient levels of DHT either by the action of 5α-reductase type I (active in the adult liver, non-genital skin and some brain areas) or through the expression of low levels of 5α-reductase type II in the testes.

Truthfully, I’m done.
This is the type of people we have deal with. All my links and quotes HAVE HUGE scientific backing and theory behind them. I truly suggest people to read the Bald Talk Truth.COM thread called Male Pattern Baldness CURED and the others links I have posted. Ejaculations and sex hormones PLAY A HUGE ROLE in hairloss. Women don’t bald like men do and the difference is our sexual apparatus.
I’m going to continue with NOFAP plus this protocol to keep my hairline intact and my hair thick.
Oh been doing NOFAP on and off for 3-4 years and hairline at the age of 25 is the same as when I was 12 and hair grows quick.
Enjoy lads and best of luck. This thread is the TRUTH

This may be true considering I am on Day 132 of No Fap and my hair loss seems to be completely stopped (knock wood). When I run my hand through my hair I don't lose hairs, except maybe 1 or 2 very very tiny hairs that probably fell out naturally. However, I eat a very healthy diet with lots of nutrients and minerals, and exercise. A question I am having is that, I already have high DHT in my body I assume, because my voice is deep. Would taking Creatine not be a good idea if I want to regrow my hair (I didn't lose much, just at the temples a bit), as Creatine has been proven to increase DHT production in people who take it? I already bought it for $15 but sometimes mistakes are made and that's okay. Let me know thanks

Thanks for the quotes man, ignore the jackasses. There's always gonna be some poor souls who would rather take drugs sponsored by pharmaceutical companies - which have been proven to bribe, withhold studies, and knowingly poison people for profit - than seek actual cures.

To all hair loss brahs:
My hair loss began when I was 18/19. Friends and family mentioned it a bunch of times, but I was in huge denial. Around my 20th birthday (8 months ago) I decided to actually do something about my hair loss. I decided to stick with Rogaine and Ketoconazole Shampoo. The potential for side effects of Propecia makes it not worth it, especially at 20. Some side effects are permanent (srs)
I had huge success with Rogaine initially, my hairline almost fully recovered and there was some density in my hair again. This didn't last too long. Hair loss began to hit hard on the vertex of my head. One day I saw the reflection of the back of my head with a light shining on top and it looked like I had was bald af. I immediately began becoming ridiculously self conscious over the vertex. I would find myself running my fingers through my hair every other minute, as if hair would magically grow back.
Over the weekend, I decided it was time to buzz my hair. Did #1 on top, and a high bald fade on the sides. I feel ****ing liberated. At no point have I felt self-conscious over my head/hair and have been getting a ton of compliments. The key to looking good with short hair is thick black framed glasses (if your a glasses brah) or growing a beard. It's all about having some contrast to your face. I was getting borderline depressed over the hair loss, and it killed my self confidence.
If your face is round, you'll look great buzzed/bald. You look worse trying to hide it, it's immediately noticed.
Will pm photos if you're considering.

Starting to believe that meat is not even necessary anymore. I think that large amounts of nutritious vegetables, some fruit and sufficient fat might be the best way to go (Coconut #1). I've been doing pretty much that and I feel great and I feel like I'm gaining muscle a lot easier and feel strong. Things like soaked and sprouted seeds would be good too. Some sweet potatoes and other nutritious food, as well as some supplements that I put in my water such as concentrated magnesium and fulvic acid/silica. I do eat non pasteurized chicken eggs, that get a lot of sun and eat a lot of veggies. I'm considering buying B12 but I'm not sure if I need it, really. I think high carb, medium protein medium fat fight be the way to go for optimal health.
-------------
Also, I've begun learning how to create probiotic vegetables/fruit as I believe that probiotic bacterial is highly essential for us to live good and healthy lives.

Depends by how you define 'work'. (Knock wood) I have zero hair loss anymore. It was never severe, but I'd lose like 10+ hairs when I ran my hands through my hair in the shower. My temples were slightly receded. I feel great nowadays. As for regrowth, I don't believe there has been much regrowth, or it's too slow to notice. I'm starting to believe that a certain type of scalp massaging is required to break up calcification in the scalp, and thus, regrow hair. I don't know what it's called but someone wrote a book about it and there was a video within it. It's kind of like pinching the scalp in the balding areas.

Hey I post in here from time to time to warn people about taking Iodine. I took it (less than OP's recommendation) only for a few weeks and it almost killed me. I had a bunch of grand mal seizures and ended up in the hospital 3 times. I also broke my back during one of the seizures.
Anyway after multiple tests (fMRIs, electroencephalograms, blood tests), it was confirmed to be caused by a metabolic issue in my brain. I think it's safe to say that was caused by the iodine since it has an effect on metabolism, and it happened shortly after I began taking it. I'm hoping it goes away, but I still have partial seizures (transient dizziness, confusion, lose the ability to speak or understand language, it's hell). Be safe guys
