Op, question is, are YOU fit enough to show him this thread without looking arrogant? I hated girls who wanted me to have a 6 pack while I was losing weight, while being fat themselves.

Would you be mad if he took a picture of you and put in the Misc?

Thats fine and dont feel too bad, we all do silly things such as this. But we are human! I've been turned down by girls that now want me due to being really fat in the past. I would edit/remove the pic though but leave the thread open, incase good advice comes in. Just post height and weight, and we will know

Love him?
Age: 27
Unless you're both blind and brain dead, the intent of the thread was obvious. He needs work, but posting it on the misc won't help. It may help you in terms of clarification but its obvious he's fat loL. Just encourage him to join you in the gym but just know that every word you say, every action and gesture will impact your relationship. For example, if he found out about this thread, it'd have a negative impact. Unless he's absolutely delusional lol.

I can't believe you're posting pictures of your boyfriend behind his back. smh
200 lbs at that height is border line obese, look it up.

As far as the forum goes, the thread was created in the right section. Many of the members can give objective opinions that aren't based on competition standards. However, this thread would have gone over better had you suggested your boyfriend post it as an experiment. That way, he'd get clued in on how he is perceived by a general population, and then get directed to resources to help lose the gut.
Hums the theme to Superman during planks and LYTPs. Now that you've read this, you will too.
All right boys, now watch how this is done. The key is to put it all in your groin and your back.
Take your legs totally out of the equation. Lift with your lower back in a jerking, twisting motion.

start leaving pictures of lean guys around the house and make it obvious you are checking out lean guys in public, he will get the hint soon enough.
There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Ah I figured it out. This is definitely a troll thread. She/he used some app like fatbooth to make only the torso look fat. It was probably taken on the same day. You can see his arms don't really change at all.

Every inch = 10 lbs. The equivalent for you is 220. To be 220 and under 15% bodyfat would make you look like a god.
Op's 50 lb loss would be the equivalent of you being 170 (as a beginner, to make the comparison between you and OP's progress fair). I'm thinking that's right about where you'd be looking ripped.Last edited by kanis999; 02-28-2014 at 05:17 PM.
