I took 4 caps at 9:00am and eat and head to gym. It seem that lately I have been having a gold streak in trainning. Mindset kicked in good and it focus has increase and I am still very calm and in a happy mood. The other Nootropic I have taken have been good but it didnot fully agree with me , most of them reap you up to much. This formula seem to be just right amount of everything. Delts work great and burn delts fast and hard.

DAY 16- LEGs
front squat deep 1x45 -3 sets -10-15 reps
Leg Press 45x7,8,9,10- 4 set total -10-12 reps
Vertical leg press 5 plates -3 sets 10-12 reps
Charles Glass Single legged Leg press(this is one legged side tilt leg press-targets outer sweep)- 2x45 each side-3 sets 10 reps
Leg extension- to failure
HAMS
standing leg curls- 35,40,45,50- 3 sets 10-20 reps
Laying leg curls - 80,70,60,50,40,30 - 10-12 reps 6 sets
clean deadlift 1x45 -10-20 reps -3 sets
Took 4 caps on wake at 9:00am. Then did some food shopping and then after head to gym around 11:00am. Leg day went good, I have been having some L calf issues. So I am taking it slow on leg. But I still hit hard. Mindsets focus is still great and endurance has spiked high. Leg day has become enjoyable.

Took 4 caps , head to gym. Arm workout went great. Pumped came on fast and bicep is gaining size. I still want a bigger peak. Tricep looking good too. Mindset has been doing great. Focus and energy still high. My system also feel very natural and not stim out like other stuff.

Took 4 caps , head to gym. Chest workout was fast and hard. Density in chest getting better. I am gaining weight now up 5 lbs to 210. Mood great and feeling strong.

pull up-BW to failure
Took 4 caps and headed to gym. Back workout went great. Focus and energy still high. Also been very calm and happy these days. I am getting good recomp and weight holding at 210.

Took 4 caps. Added in a preworkout and killed delts. Standalone mindset is awesome but I do some time need a extra push, so add in a few stims. The combo is the closes thing to a ideal pre-workout. Mindset gives focus and pre give alittle bit more energy.

DAY 23-LEGS
LEGS
QUADS
Squat- 3 plates each side on Olympic bar 3 set 10 reps
Hack squat 3 plates each side 3 set 10 reps
Leg press 9/8/7/6 each side - each plate count 2 sets for 10 reps
leg extensions - 130/140/150 3 sets 15-20 reps
HAMS
standing leg curl 40/45/50 3 sets 15-20 reps
laying leg curls 80/70/60/50/40 until failure
seated ham machine until failure
Took 4 caps in morning. Added in a pre-workout today. Legs pumped up nicely and was able to hit hard. Endurance is spiked and focus and energy on point. Thinks in college also going nicely. I am more awake on those long lecture days.

Final Review
First A big thanks to all the folks at Haleo for the bottle of Mindset to log. I have never heard of the company or any of its products. So when I got this I did not know what to expect. I had tried other Nootropic before like prosupps I-focus and LGI N-PEPT and 5-hours energy.
Mindset experience was so different than those I have tried. After taking the 4 caps per day the first thing that you feel is that laser focus. Energy is solid but a hard lifter like me may need to run a pre-workout on top of this. Mindset provides all this without messing up your natural chemistry. Its In fact makes you stay calmer and relax while you get the focus you need. This makes mood better and causes less anxiety.
I found this most helpful in my Nursing School college classes. The long lectures seemed easier and I could concentrate on one subject and not have my mind running.
