Took 4 caps at 7:00 am then slept 30 min more and eat breakfast and headed to gym. Todays workout was slow..I have been out of town and away from the gym. So I felt very cardiovascular weak-kept breathing harder and need more rest b/t set. Usually I am very fast b/t set. Mindset did kick in but it took about an hours. The focus is very clean. Its not at all stim like. Focus and energy at the same time no jitters. Tomorrow I will try it with legs..which is my hardest workout. Also I will see how my first night is.

Yes, Mindset does have some anxiolytic properties to it. It increased calm about 6% - nothing too drastic, but noticeable. We had 5 different prototypes where we played around with various doses of Picamilon, combined with Theanine and even had 5-HTP in one of them. Many of those beta's left individuals a little too sedated/relaxed.
With our final/finished product formula we were able to find a perfect harmony of the upper effects of focus, alertness, clarity - without sides like jitters or over stimulation while at the same time providing a calm without the drowsiness and sedation associated with a lot of anti-anxiety and relaxation compounds.Joey Rodrigues

Mindset been like nothing else. I cant really compare it to a pre-workout or any other Nootropic. I am noticing some calmness and also mood is happy and stable. I have tried AL axon and LG N-PEPT. This seems less jitter and calm then those so far. I wonder if it well get even better as it builds up in me.

preacher Curls- 90,80,703-10 to 12 reps- 3 sets total

Triceps
Rope pull down 70,80,90,100 10 to 20 reps-3 sets total
dips machine 180-10 to 20 reps-3 sets total
kickbacks- 15lbs- 10 to 20 reps-3 sets total
close grip bench 1x45 each side- 10 to 12 reps- 4 sets total
Took 4 caps around 9:00 and then at 9:30 headed to gym after small meal. Arms workout went great. Pump came on fast and I felt strong. Arms day is usual my favorite day. Mindset give me the needed push without the over stim affect of a pre-workout. Normal I use a pre-workout but this seems easier on my body and just has the right amount of energy and focus. I have noticed that pre-workout stim tend to be great at first then after long use they tend to negatively impact you.

DAY 5-CHEST
DB flat bench - 95 lbs -10 reps -3 sets
Hammer strength flat bench press 3x45 each side-10 reps- 3 sets
DB incline bench 85 lbs --10 reps- 3set
Hammer strength incline bench press 2x45 each side-10 reps- 3 sets
cable cross over- 80,70,60,50 15 to 20 reps- 3 sets
pec deck 70,80,90 15 to 20 reps- 3 sets.
Took 4 caps around 9:00 and headed to gym after some protein intake. I felt a little weaker on chest today- but still a very solid workout. Getting back to the gym is hard after taking a week off. I run out of breath faster. Mindset is giving me focus and energy and to be honest it telling my mind to go and go..even when my body need rest b/t sets. So I been watching it closely and dont want to end up puking on the gym floor.

Your mind is very powerful. Being able to channel your mindset during your workout can really help push yourself to your full potential.
You can try pairing with some caffeine pre-workout if you need an extra boost. I love Mindset standalone, but it's also great when paired with some caffeine for a boost.http://www.haleo.com/

DAY 7- cardio -55 min
Cardio day I do 15 min elliptical and the 20 min bike and 20 treadmill. Mindset really help during cardio- focus and tunnel vision zoned me in. I hate cardio and weightlifting is so much loved. So anything to make cardio go by fast is a welcomed addition.
Ps cardio in low-mid intensity

I agree with you Josh, Mindset is great stand alone but with caffeine it is like look out! I usually take one day off a week from all caffeine/stimulants - Sundays. I had a busy day yesterday and with losing an hour of sleep and not having caffeine on Sundays can be rough. I usually do not have much going on Sundays. That said, Mindset help me get through it without caffeine. I know I am super biased but it really is one of my favorite supplements of all time. I'd have to say it is up there in terms of my favorites with Body Octane, BluePrint (first Agmatine product with R-ALA), and Adipo Kinetix.

Took 4 caps on wake. I hit chest fast and hard. Trying to regain some density in chest. I have lost some in these few months. Focus and energy still high and I have not even been using a pre-workout or any stims. The Mindset really agrees with my bodies chemistry and I dont feel negative affect like with stim use.

This is absolutely one of my favorite products of all time. I realize what I have to say about how well my products work will always have some skeptics because my ability to earn a living depends on how well HALEO sells. All of that being said cannot deny the fact that its true and the product works and works well.

DAY 14- cardio 45 min
I took 4 caps at 5:30pm and then got to cycling class at 6:00pm. I have been doing cycling because it a fun way to get my cardio in and also group environment helps push yourself. Its is a hard class cardio wise but after I get done you get that cycling high which is a cool high. Mindset helps alot and today was a busy day at work and I still had lots of energy left.Last edited by WOLFBBGOLD; 03-18-2014 at 03:12 PM.
