    Arnold Iron Cuts

I'm considering adding Arnold Iron Cuts to my routine and have a question; I do not eat breakfast, hate solid food in morning. I replace my meal with an ON Platinum Hydro Whey protein shake and it's been great for the last 6 months. I take Fish Oil and vitamin pill. Is there any reason I can't add Iron Cuts to my pill stash during my protein or do I have to take it with solid food?

Best idea would be to get your diet dialed in and figure out your TDD/Macros for best results. then you can add in the product if you want

That is a fine time to take it as any other
But I rather you go to the nutrition section first and figure out your daily intake and start from there before adding any sups
