    My Hyperlordosis won't go!

    Exercises I have been doing to fix this problem are, stretching and foam rolling hip flexors, quads, lower back (Warrior lunge, standing quad stretch, glute bridge)

    And I have been squatting to train my arse and hamstrings and planks for abs.

    I've been doing these exercises for about 1 month and have seen no improvement at all infact it causes my back to hurt 2x more during the day. Will I have to just stick out the back pain until the muscles get stronger? It's getting annoying because this works for most people. My back just hurts everyday and it really demotivates me from doing what I want to do (become big and lean)

    Got the same problem. In for some feedback.

    OP, if you've got access to a glute machine then use that. I wish the local gyms had one because I think it's useful. Also, work up to doing weighted planks.

    you can't change your morphology when adult. but you can improve your back health.

    train ...
    abs +++
    hamstring
    glute

    stretch...

    ilio-psoas
    back extensor
    quads, specially rectus femoris

    you have to train abs a lot, with crunch. plank is a good one, for the core, but not enough

    Give it some time, it takes a lot longer than a month.

    Should I be training through this pain or what? Just doesn't feel like I should be, getting all kinds of snapping action in my upper back around shoulder blades.
