I really want to get this working, but I think the volume of powder I'm downing is screwing it up. Between 6-8g of CM, a few grams betaine, a few grams BA, a bit of agmatine and whatever else, I end up with a pretty sizeable scoop. Once I stir all that powder into the carbonated beverage, it seems to nucleate (fizz) like crazy, then I'm left with it flat.

Yes I have a soda stream and tried this a long time ago after reading about it, this idea is nothing new to say the least, lol for me this never worked, beside being messy it kills the carbonation. I also believe what most people are feeling is a placebo effect but to each there own While it may make the pre's taste better I don't believe it has any effect on how the pre's work

There were a lot of factors in my test today. I didn't get a good night's sleep so that's going to effect the workout. It was leg day and that is always going to drain energy levels. On the plus side I felt some BA tingles for the first time in 3 months so that's definitely something. The energy seemed to get into my system faster but it also seemed to eliminate faster where as normal water peaks then slowly eliminates. This is just my theory in what happened and it could very well just be that squats drained me and I was dead. Will do some more testing!

Tried 20 oz with two scoops wfr and one scoop green mag today. No difference noticed.

Not sure what to think after the first try.
Did 1.5 scoops Katana with 6-8 ounces carbonated water and had a pretty good, but average workout.
Katana always treats me right so I don't know if it was that, or a combination of both but I'll give it another go tomorrow.
Maybe more carbonated drink?

Tried 10 oz carbonated lemon water + 1 scoop White Heat today for a legstravaganza workout.
I THINK it was better than my previous experience, or with regular water, but nothing super notable or substantially different.
I'll continue to try this, because why not....?
