I've been watching his eating habits alot lately and.. That's the typical day schedule I come up with:
Breakfast: Either 2 bowls of Nesquik cereals
or
four white bread slices w/ chocolate milk
or
bacon and eggs w/ chocolate milk
Lunch: Anything that he can grab, sometimes McD's, sometimes Subway (fine), a box of kraft dinner or some kind of sandwich with baloney/pepperoni (I'm almost crying lol)
Dinner: Often meat with fried foods. Fried. Fries, bacon. Or fried chicken, or pasta with alot of salt (when I try to cook something healthy for him, he adds alot of salt usually T_T)
Late night snack: Either toasts with chocolate milk or another Nesquik cereal bowl.
I've been trying to tell him, he told me to be more severe to break his eating habits but he just doesn't listen. I tried being an example, I eat pretty well so that's not a problem..
I'm just worried for his future, I wouldn't want him to have health issues because of the poor diet or that he shows this example to our future children. ._.
Usually when I try to give advice he's all:
"Hey, chocolate milk is good when you do sports"
"Nesquik cereals are made of whole grains." suuuure. 80% sugar.
"I rarely have bacon." sure, when he's on vacation he has everyday.
"I don't use as much salt as I used to do." so what? Before you just covered everything up in salt?
How can I have a better approach about his nutrition?

I see nothing wrong with any of the foods here, he could be doing with a good few portions of veg though, other than that, either teach him how to cook, or cook for him. If he does not want to change his diet however, well, tough luck.
Edit: ^^ above post, has he been checked for diabetes etc?Eat the damn yolk.

So he has no health conditions and is by most standard relatively normal. Then what exactly is wrong? He doesn't eat like you, but obviously he doesn't care to. Maybe he'll get some motivation and change eventually, but trying to change him will likely only push him away. I suggest instead of trying to change who he is, you try to learn to accept who he is. If you don't want to be with someone who eats like that then that is your prerogative, but if he's a good guy and his worst fault is he eats like a normal American then I'd be hesitant to just chuck him to the side.

Who cares? Just let him eat how he wants unless it's becomes a problem where he is gaining too much weight. If you try to control his eating habits it is likely to hurt your relationship or make him pretend he is listening then eat even worse when he is at work/away from you. Saying something here and there is fine but don't be annoying.
