So stick with us... Give it a chance.... We will be running loggers.

The dates for the release of this product are not set yet nor could i tell you at this point.

CJ did call it, but unfortunately we couldn't confirm at the time.

Hype or no hype, this is going to be a pretty exciting product. I'm definitely looking forward to giving it a go soon. I hope people see past the study results and give this a try for themselves. I don't know any of the study participants, but I can tell you that our boss Sean used it for a month and gained about 5 lbs. of lean mass. He is a better example than the study participants because I know that Sean was already in great shape (well-muscled with single digit BF%) and already had his diet and training program down pat. That takes out a lot of variables for me and shows me that the gains he made in that month were probably attributed to the Clear Muscle. That's something that I can put a lot of stock in until I get to try it for myself.

Assume this is for people not cutting

Clear Muscle would be better suited to someone that wants to bulk, but would also be great for a recomp. It would probably help stave off muscle loss during a cut, but this wouldn't be the ideal way to utilize it in my opinion.

In the referenced study, subjects took 1 gram 30 minutes prior to training, and then another 1 gram mid-day and 1 gram in the evening. On rest days, they just took three divided doses. So, it looks like you would take 2 caps, 3 times per day.

Seriously though, I think that's an important reminder. As already witnessed in this thread, a lot of folks have skewed expectations when it comes to supplementation as it is. Reiterating that any lean muscle mass gains will be contingent upon all other factors (nutrition, training, etc) being optimized is never a bad thing. It's the equivalent of infomercials saying you can take this pill without changing your diet or activity level and shed pounds of bodyfat!
