probably just going to be another muscle turd that needs to be flushed. These rip off supplement companies have to keep bringing the latest and greatest muscle builders ever discovered because 99% of the time they are s h i t and don't continue to sell past the hype phase. Thats why its always a new formula or a new discovery blah blah blah. people desperately want to believe

Back in the day, MuscleTech associated with University of Nottingham engineered The World's First and only "Muscle Gene Activator" guaranteed to transform one's physique at the cellular level. It also enabled one to "shatter one's limits", and "build high quality dense muscle one could keep permanently". Promised to "change your life by making you genetically gifted" and "give (the consumer) a body that otherwise would never be possible". It "send signals directly to your DNA to make you grow like crazy!" (aug 2006)
MuscleTech knew their baby would revolutionize Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. After thorough clinical trials and FDA approval MuscleTech altruistically donated thousands of their Muscle Gene Activator to kids suffering from musculoskeletal disorders and neuromuscular disorders. Today, they very kids are world class gymnasts, and elite commandos fighting for our freedoms.
But the scientists in those ads displaying the product, and explaining science to Jay Cutler, in a studio designed to look like cutting edge lab, knew the potential of this panacea. So they experimented on amputees and the results were miraculous: the amputees regenerated their limbs in 28 days.
Today the world is a better place by 302% compared to the placebo group thanks to Altruistic Canadian Science.Last edited by Ninjathoskinny; 03-03-2014 at 04:41 PM.

I like MuscleTech, but I don't know how they get away with their ridiculous label claims. I love how Cell-Tech's label says at the top "No Hype", then a paragraph down states that Cell-Tech subjects "gained an average of 3.4 pounds of muscle in 7 days". That would put even real Cell-Tech to shame.
**Eat lots and lots of birds. The smaller the bird, the more compact its protein content. Parrots are great sources for protein.**

I am definitely gonna try it when available. Actually saving to put together a stack of MuscleTech products.
MuscleTech has proven themselves to me in many ways! Their Phase 8 is awesome and gave me a boost/edge vs. a competitor protein I was taking. Really looking forward to the Platinum Whey.
I honestly don't get the flack some of you people are throwing at them. What would you have MT put on the label? "Iffy-ness Guaranteed"
They are kind enough to give us a preview of something that could be a legit break through! You never know...

Got me through a plateau I was in. Been able to add some more weight and squeeze out a few more reps in my sets.
I'm not a scientist, can only make a speculative guess, Perhaps it due to being a Protein Blend, being Timed Release, or Better Quality. Maybe a combination of all three. Maybe my body reacts better to it than my last go to.
I took a chance on their product to simply fulfill my protein needs, and it did it's job and then some.
My previous go to protein (won't mention their name anymore) changed the formula, blew me off as a LONG TIME customer, so I took my money elsewhere.
Like I said before, MuscleTech won me over with their Phase 8 in performance and taste. I trust them and I actually look forward to buying more of their products.

You do realize you sound like an ego-maniacal know it all, right?
RE-READ my post where I said I bought it to simply fulfill my protein needs. Phase 8 exceeded my expectations and helped me get thru a plateau, it's that simple.
Did I ever state or imply that I added 150 lbs to my dead lifts in 3 days?Last edited by Stevens6656; 03-03-2014 at 08:28 PM.

BogusForLife is correct, a protein powder unless it has other things added to enhance performance won't help anymore than a chicken breast in terms of helping in the gym.
UNLESS you mentally think it helps.
The placebo effect is pretty remarkable when it comes to plateau's etc...
BogusForLife would you not agree that if someone is in a plateau taking a supplement you "think" is going to help a ton will infact help break that plateau?
You drilled into the guy.. lol just be happy he broke his plateau and leave him be.Kick.com/beetoxic

It's cool man, Maybe I should be the one to apologize for snapping back so quick. I can see you were just trying to help. There are a lot of people who post on this forum lurking and waiting to have the opportunity to get the "gotcha" moment. Didn't mean to lump you into that category.
@BlueRev - Could it be a placebo effect, maybe... So are you saying that MT Phase 8 is no better than any other protein? And the testimonials on MuscleTech's website are just placebo posts?

It's a protein shake.
I'm not going to sit here and tell you it will do all sorts of magical things for you... Because it won't.
Is it better than any other protein? i like to think so. The taste is 10/10, The profile is unique... 6 protein sources. Different than most on here.
It will indeed help you if you're lacking sufficient protein in your diet, But like i said.. It's not magic.
You see, Here at MuscleTech we want you to be a long time customer, So we will not give you a load of bullcrap.Kick.com/beetoxic

Placebo. You were most likely already able to break through your plateau but mentally you thought other wise. Once you switched around products, you thought that you noticed a difference but in fact it was all you. Could also have been change in diet or sleep. Either way, pick a protein that you enjoy in terms of taste, thickness, calories, ect... You won't see major difference by changing proteins.1. Brady's balls were perfect crew

Still looking forward for more information about this. Maybe I'm weird but would love to learn more about the powdered CLA (and the other new stuff too), which is an ingredient I've never tried and don't really put much stock in but would be willing to pick some up if the price is right and see for myself.
