MT is the one making such a bullsh-t claim 16lbs of muscle in 12 weeks if you really believe that, than your ignorant. Just my opinion, and you seem to have this thing with bcaa products this is the second time in the past few days you tried to reference them defending MT. I believe the last thread was about fillers in protein and you brought up bcaa products.

Everything will be clear soon and the studies cited in those claims will be made public so you can see for yourself that MT isn't pulling these numbers out of thin air. And for the record the study was not done on beginners, but experienced strength training athletes. It's fine to have doubts and I understand being skeptical. At least learn what you need to about the product before you start calling us out.

Actually, if it is indeed HMB Free Acid, there is a well done study using real training protocols on experienced lifters that back up the claim.

Extremely low powered study on a previously discredited amino acid metabolite which exceeds statistical & physiological significance. Seems legit.
