I've been researching and learning about macronutrients, and the different amount you need/recommended for you when contest dieting, mini cut, lean gainning, etc. But I never understood what coaches meant by "Macronutrient manipulation/Ratios are individual and different from person to person, you have to experiment and figure out what macronutrients ratio work best for you.", how do we know what ratios work best for us? I know its trial and error, but I don't understand how we would know if the ratio is good for you, like the different signs that the ratio is working for you or not. Thanks.
