    Keep bulking or cut?

Been bulking for two months now. Trying to keep fat gains to a minimum. Went up from 160 to 168 pounds now.
Am I getting too fat? I want to bulk for another month more before cutting. Should I cut now because I have too much fat or carry on with my bulk and cut next month?

    I have a bit of a belly.

I would cut if I were you. It really depends if the excessive fat disturbs you or not.

It's winter time here and everyone wears jackets 24/7 so the fat doesn't bother me at the moment but I know I wouldn't want to bulk more than one more month more before cutting. I'm more concerned about the fat because I've heard gaining lean muscle mass isn't as efficient when you have a higher bf% than 15. I'd say I sit around 18-21% at the moment.

Eat at maintenance and train hard. If you bulked , it would not look pleasant but if you want to powerlift then bulk.

bulk deffo is needed here, 8llbs in two months seems tiny eat a lot more and train heavy probably jump on the SL5x5 program BF is relative to what you are training for training hard will bring muscle mass up and fat down theoretically aim for 150-200g of lean protein a day.

Make sure you're hitting your macros and pushing your limits, keep consistent get this right and the rest will follow

I thought 8 pounds was good progress? Anything more than a pound a week would mean I'm gaining too much fat?

not necessarily, a good clean bulking diet incorporated into a well worked training routine really you should be looking at gains of 8 per month:

have a read of this: http://www.muscleandfitness.com/work...muscle-4-weeks
