That's funny OP because the other day I saw you basically doing a benchpress, but you're upside down (lying on your stomach) and your grip is inverted (like chin-up/curl grip) and I was like "interesting, this guy must be a *******" and moved on.

85% sure your trolling but in the event your not i have a few questions, was he actually pressing or was he rowing it upward in an angular motion behind his back like a pendulum from is his ass up to about 4-6 inches above (max rom), this would target the lats, and traps

or was he pressing it like a triceps push down where his upper arm and tri were fixed at 45< degree angle and just moving at the elbow like a skull crusher but behind the back? this would target tris, traps, and probably a bit of rear delts
