85% sure your trolling but in the event your not i have a few questions, was he actually pressing or was he rowing it upward in an angular motion behind his back like a pendulum from is his ass up to about 4-6 inches above (max rom), this would target the lats, and traps
or was he pressing it like a triceps push down where his upper arm and tri were fixed at 45< degree angle and just moving at the elbow like a skull crusher but behind the back? this would target tris, traps, and probably a bit of rear delts

same direction as a bench press. so literally imagine someone benching... now nothing changes except that instead of being on their back, they're on their stomach
so it's a press, not a row. The bar still starts towards the ceiling, comes down to your back, and is pressed back up towards the celing (the elbows come in like a bench press, not bend like a skull crusher)you should read this
