I'm (hopefully) going to do my first BB fitness competition in UK in June 2014. Just over 12 weeks away.
I am currently between 12-12.5% bf, which I think is an ok starting point.
Just want suggestions on how to get to the required 4-5% needed for comps for all the striations and muscular vascularity.
