    Any help would do.

    I'm (hopefully) going to do my first BB fitness competition in UK in June 2014. Just over 12 weeks away.
    I am currently between 12-12.5% bf, which I think is an ok starting point.
    Just want suggestions on how to get to the required 4-5% needed for comps for all the striations and muscular vascularity.

    No universal trick.. depends on your nutrition now, how your body responds, and making adjustments as you go... Id look into finding a prep coach. Your not leaving yourself a lot of time.
