Just Had Life Epiphany. 100% srs

Just was doing my rounds at work, and this just hit me like a ton of bricks out of nowhere, makes me sad and happy. I just realized that nothing matters. Nothing. We're not going to be here forever so what's the point of worrying about stupid stuff, and worrying about what people think or stressing out, because we're all gonna die, everyone. Our computers, cell phones, and cars don't mean chit. We're not going to have it forever. Everything you see in life is temporary, its not real. You could be gone any-day. I just think we need to focus on what makes us happy because when we're gone we're gone, nothing is permanent. Pursue what you want in life, but don't let it consume you. When you die, nobody is going to care beyond a couple of sob moments. Life goes on, so don't fret over petty stuff. None of us matter as a singlet. Human life is a category. We're all like snowflakes during the winter. We're all the same, we're all temporary.

It sounds like the typical BS you always hear until you realize the depth of it, and I just did....

Maybe you should try to find some enjoyment in life outside of materialism.

Take up an adventure hobby. Go scuba diving, rock climbing, white water kayaking. Go see some natural beauty and have a life or death adrenaline rush.

You're not grasping the depth. It matters to you, as in it provides happiness, but it means nothing as a whole, its does not matter, it's just what makes you happy or its a means to an end that will make you happy. It does not matter in the sense you're referring too. Its all temporary. You can enjoy it, but it means nothing.

You were put here to experience life. To learn, to understand, to reason. Who knows where we go from here, but in my opinion the more you do and the more you see the better.

Maybe we are all little gods in training put here as a test of character. Maybe we keep getting reborn until we get it right. Maybe we just end up a feast for worms. Who knows? But I sure intend to make the best of it.
