    Bulking at high bf ?

Sorry for asking the same thing again , cuz when i read through forum came across threads about skinny fat bodytype (right now im of that type )... it was said that , these type people shouldnt bulk up while they are at bf above 15 (right now im 18-20 i think so ) ... n it was said that these type people would not gain any muscle , bcuz of high fat percent and bad nutritioon partitioning

So they tend to gain more fat than muscle , is this true ???

Shall i not bulk up and some muscles ?

IMO being fat sucks. I would rather cut and then bulk till chub instead of going from chub to fat and cutting forever

By solid 8-10 pounds if you mean lean muscle then anywhere from 6-12 months depending on your training, nutrition and genetics. Fat percentage will increase depending on how clean your diet is and how big your surplus is.

You could cut for 4-6 weeks to lose around 6-8 pounds and then bulk. If you got down to 142-144 pounds then you'd be sitting around 14/15% body fat which is not too bad.

If you don't mind getting slightly fatter then do a lean bulk now. As you gain muscle, you'll look less fat any way.
