Im currently 75kg and 178cm, started training 1 year and 8 mths back,i want to get down to 10% bf, and compete nx year, any advice? my calories are currently sitting at 1900 cal, i train 5 times a week
what is my bf % and do i have gyno?

You play football or sth? You kind of remind me of myself when I started going to the gym. Nice quads, I wouldn't compete for another year or two if I were you. Your BF% is at about 15-18%, finish your cut if you want to but bulking wil be optimal for you. How long have you been lifting and are you progressing well on chest and back? I would suggest something like madcow's.
