    help me pls, what is my current bf percentage? do i have gyno?

    Im currently 75kg and 178cm, started training 1 year and 8 mths back,i want to get down to 10% bf, and compete nx year, any advice? my calories are currently sitting at 1900 cal, i train 5 times a week

    what is my bf % and do i have gyno?

    doesn't look like you have gyno at all... just gotta work chest harder to make the pecs show. bf% wise i honestly couldn't tell you, not very high though. you have a good foundation and your legs are an obvious strong point

    Bench-265/315
    Squat-425/440
    Deadlift-505/550

    Cause once the bar is loaded and your set comes around, you find this place that I really canít explain. From the time you approach the bar to the time the set is over, thereís nothing.

    I just did a heavy 5x5 bench program to build my chest, with weighted forward leaning dips to build mass. it's different for everyone though man

    Compete? No I don't think you should yet but if you want to go ahead. BF prob upper 14-18% don't see many cuts.

    By cuts I mean like separation. When you put on more and more muscle, you start seeing where they cut off and separate. To get cuts you get lean and have a full body of muscle. IMO you should be trying to put on muscle rather than cut so maye raise your cals

    You play football or sth? You kind of remind me of myself when I started going to the gym. Nice quads, I wouldn't compete for another year or two if I were you. Your BF% is at about 15-18%, finish your cut if you want to but bulking wil be optimal for you. How long have you been lifting and are you progressing well on chest and back? I would suggest something like madcow's.

    been lifting for about 1 yr and 9mths plus minus, i used to play football, my back is slow comin out but my chest is my weakest body part, wat's madcow?
