Shotgun, not enough time right now to practice w/ a bow.
Thanks RB.
I'm going to get serious about working on the habitat on my lease this year. Getting ready to plant some food plots. Soil is acidic here as per soil test and to get it closer to 6.5-7.0 ph lime is added.
Cut a lot of brush/trees today and spread more fertilzer. No workout/cardio needed today.
Thanks Matt.
Finished the Creatine Alkaline yesterday. Should get the reviews up later or tomorrow.

Thanks BPI for this extremely generous offer to run a log w/ 3 supps.
Thanks Fugitive for the opportunity.
FINAL REVIEWS:
OVERALL BPI STACK Awesome, just what I was looking for. Strength went up quickly...I just wish this log happened at a different time of the year.
M.R. 1 VORTEX
This one really had me guessing. I finally figured out to just take it around noon no matter when I was going to lift. Energy stayed w/ me all day long. Focus was also excellent. Mixability was not great, but just scooped up all the clumps and downed these before drinking. Taste was fine...fruit punch in not my favorite. This was the first pre workout that I suspected kept me awake at night. I am a caffeine addict so that wasn't the ingredient. Oh well, like I said took it at noon and I was good for a workout the rest of the afternoon.
A-HD
I respond to T-boosters very well and this was no exception. I discoverd I was losing some fat even though my diet was way off. When I finished up the tub, I put the wt back on pretty quick. I could tell almost to the day when the A-HD really kicked in. I was having my doubts that strength would be here during this log and then it hit.
CREATINE ALKALINE
I'm really impressed w/ the CA. I have always had great results w/ Creatine, but Creatine Mono just tore my stomach up. Creatine HCL was the solution. The CA gives the same great results and I did not have the first problem w/ any stomach issues.
Strength highlight during this log was a 365# x 9 PR. If I hadn't been so busy lately I think 365# x 10 would have fallen. Real surprised w/ this PR.

*****************************
Here's what's been happening since April.
1. I slowed down on my workouts and quit posting here in April.
2. I slowed down even more.
3. I quit.
4. All joint pain and muscle aches magically gone. I enjoyed.
5. I ATE.
6. I turned 50.
7. I got winded and heart was pounding just walking up several flights of stairs on a recent cruise.
8. Cruise pics showed 10# of wt gain added about 20# of fat.
9. Here I am....ta da.
I have walked 30 min on the T-mil 3 or 4 times per week since returning a couple of weeks ago.
I have done supersets of a pull and push movement a couple of times per week.
I hope to rejoin the gym in Feb and get back more consistent. I may begin another log if I do enough to justify the time.My current log

Nothing much to report except that I have consistently done something (treadmill, pushups, DB rows, stairs, etc) for the last 2 weeks.
I plan to continue until Feb. and then use that month to get myself ready to actually lift again. My current log
