    But 30 min cardio doesn't burn the 1k calories I just ate....tfw cutting for abs. Thinking of just eating normal and continuing to lift heavy until beach season. Chit sucks.

    ive been taking this approach, down 9 pounds in about three weeks. Was not my goal. I have to eat 5k a day to gain. Though, it is much less stressful.

    If I eat what I want on a cut I eat around 4000, but can only have about 2500.

    1500 / 600 = 2.5 hours of cardio a day.

    agree lol i just lol at ppl who post pics of their food and stuff

    liek all u have to do is eat 3 times a day and eat a lot of stuff high in calories...

    on top of dat i dont even have a routine i just go in the gym and lift weights
