Dude, I never really sub to logs, but in on this simply because our stats are incredibly similar (240x5 bench, 100x5 weighted chins, ~180 press, etc.) good luck brother!
Bench Press - 225x18 // 275x8 // 330x1
Squat - 385x7 // 445x1
Overhead Press - 135x20 // 225x1
Deadlift - 385x11
Bodyweight OHP for reps!

Thanks dude. Yeah I've tried a variety of dips and I think I'll start adding weight to them slowly-If I lean forward and focus on my scaps I seem to get no pain

Klokovs 45x10, 95x5, 115x2, 135x2-3 dropset to 95x12 wasn't sure about leg drive on one of the 135 reps, but definitely got 2 strict and then tied a rep PR as a drop set
Single Leg Press warm up, 1+25x8, 8, 8
Fat Bar Wide Grip Pullups BWx21
First set of 240 easy, could've gotten 6 reps. Last two sets pretty hard. I think with 245 next week I'll probably aim for 3x4-5 and maybe even 3x4 to start.

Seem to have plateaud a bit weight wise at 180, but gf keeps commenting on me looking wider so thats somethin
back to the usual gym! such a difference. And I confirmed that the barbells at the gym I used in August were in fact about 1/4" thicker than the barbells at my home gym. Thanks man!

Nothing helps bench like food and alternating between low reps and higher reps IMO
could maybe hit 300 right now, I hit 280 ~2 months ago without grinding much. I'm shooting for 315 by winter and wanna test 300x1 sometime when I feel I'll smoke it
my gym racks have really thick handles on one side

Been on my grind at both jobs lately, so sleep has been lackluster, decided not to push it hard on bench today but still got what is technically a rep PR with 245. Hit a CGBP PR too which is nice, strong tris are going to be what makes or breaks my 315 attempt down the line.

Thanks Erik, great to see ya in here. Unilateral leg work is so challenging but worth it. I've been doing single leg press on and off since summer started and already my quads are getting a bit closer to the size they were when I squatted
seated laterals are 10x harder than standing IMO

Chins could've been a bit cleaner but definitely felt stronger than my last time with 95. I'll probably do this weight again then jump to 97.5 or 100

controlled back work with the squeeze and painfully slow negative is where its at! The first time I did one of those workouts my lats were sore for DAYS in places that I'd never felt before. Awesome 3x5 on the weighted chins. 100 soon. DB incline rows are amazing for that MMC. If we can learn anything from BBers even as we lift for strength, it's to slow the assistance work tempo down and get full muscle contractions. Even if I have to use poverty weight I'm going to continue to lift like this through my bulk.

This. It's always good to train like this for me personally, rather than just rushing through the sets and reps to get in and out. Quality is always better.

Great day today. Room mate got a new job making a chitload of $, my boss loved a report I did, and I hit 2 massive PRs
OHP warm up, 165x5, 185x1 HNNNNNNNNNNNNNNG was a grinder at lockout but I'm REALLY happy with how quickly I got it over my head. next goal 200??
Db Incline Row/Db Incline Bench 75x8/8, 8/8, 10/10-fast super sets and a minute rest between sets. ded
One Leg Press 1 plate +25x10, 10, 10, 10, 10 again super quick rest
Paused Chins/Pullups (various grips) 10, 8 ,6 just catching breathe
