Can someone explain to me how come people here write a 2 page article using their own experience and knowledge of years of hard reading and trying and error and you very rarely see a "thank you" quoting the post. I don't really care much about it since I troll more than I help but there are guys/girls here doing a great job for free and is funny to see how little "thank you" words are seen in the entire forum. Don't take it personal. I'm talking in general.

You are not polite at all in fact you are kind of rude, I was asking to the people with a kind heart who happened to forget to say thank you, I wasn't talking about me or this thread either, I said it was a general question, any way thank you for taking the time to answer me

By the way I took a look at your pics, nice abs chest and decent arms, but you need to work on shoulders traps and latissimus dorsi, those 3 muscle are the ones to give u a V shape, the V shape will sexually attack chicks, it is a scientific fact, check wikipidia to read about it, try 5*5 for those 3 muscle, by the time you do military press with your weight and pull down 5*5 with one and a half your weight will look way better, you still look really good right now, just giving you an old man tip to get chicks,

Don't try to pull one of those biggest looser stunts like most people do. Diet is key right now, exercise will come later. But if you want just do some walking with a couple layers of clothing on to get you nice and warm and each week try and add .25 to .5 miles to your distance or try and walk the same distance faster.

Am i cluttering this thread.? I feel like i gave the OP the main tools to start already his journey to lose weight and now I'm trying to teach him to be grateful and to say thank you as part of the things that will help him to be happier and to have better social skills. Poor social skills will cause depression as much as being fat. I say thanks to my wife and clients several times a day. I say thanks at least 50 times a day. It helps a lot and cost nothing.

It is stupid but it is also true. Thanks is a magic word. You thanks god for whatever you have. You thanks your family for loving you, your friends for calling you, your wife for being there. Thanks attitude is the opposite of a depressed attitude where you see all black. What about being grateful for being morbidly obese but alive and walking instead of being depressed?
