Well I think hulk at his strongest was when he had armor on and stuff and he was intelligent. I forgot which comic that was but I remembered when I was reading it he was so strong he was shooting out his aura like DBZ and destroying cities and chit. It was crazy. Like 100 superheroes came at him but he was able to destroy them. Finally some young kid that's super powerful came in to help and then I think he beat hulk but i'm not sure. I stopped reading when he came out. I wish I finished the series
