    abs for summer

hey guys i'm gonna be starting to cut up for summer and i was wondering if you think that 3 days of cardio is enough to get shredded as long as my diet is really clean my current routine is this

    mon-chest/tri
    tues-back/bi
    wed-cardio
    thurs-quads/hams/calves
    fri-delts
    sat-cardio
    sun-cardio

i currently do 20 min cardio to keep my bodyfat in check while i've been bulking up but i was going to up it to about 45 min a day on an empty stomach for those 3 days during my cutting phase. think it's enough? if i do cardio on an empty stomach before i do weights i have no energy to train with..right now i'm 240 6'2" with 12% bodyfat i'm looking to be ripped in 3 months...thanx for your help

Just a suggestion...instead of giving delts one day all to themselves you might wanna try moving calves over and train calves/delts together...I think this is superior because it allows you to prioritize your calves and hit them hard rather than training them as an afterthought...
