So Asguroth and I are chatting it up about this Walden Farms goodness, and it piques my interest. I look it up, see what stores carries it and inform him I'm going to check it out. He urges me to call and not waste my time, and I assure him it'll be ok. He gives me a final warning and I venture off....
To make the trip even better, there was a lovely lady who told me I had beautiful eyes!

Early weigh-in before my doctor ordered 3 day break (eye surgery...touchup) from vigorous workout, and today is officially 10 months since I started this cut
Weight: 224.75
I started on 5/13/13 at 430 LBS.
Thats right...over 205 lbs lost in 10 months. Im slowing down my progress a bit, adding some of the foods I once loved but still saying within my calorie deficit (roughly 1800 calories). I can press my torso and feel muscle and notice the fat layer is smaller and smaller....its pretty awesome. Im starting to see results in my upper arms and in my upper legs. I'll try to sat at or under 1800 today, tomorrow, saturday and sunday. I may post a gain next week because of the long break (cant get sweat into my eye flap).
This has been truly life changing. Still about 35 lbs to go, lets see how well we do over the next 10 weeks or so.Weight Loss Journey Start - 13 May 2013: 435 Lbs.
Goal: 190-210 range and sub25% BF

Wow man!! 200 in 10 months! That is amazing. You must be really proud of yourself coming down from there. Keep up the great work! That is truly inspiring! I can't wait to see you reach your goal. Great job.
Slow and steady. Great work!
All I see is the chocolate syrup while I send my hatered towards you lol. Jk much love to you and enjoy it dude in my place.... TILL I GET MY OWN MWAHAHA.
I haven't opened the fruit jam yet but I heard from youtubers that it takes like candy. I tried the chipotle mayo, blue cheese, carmel syrup and mmm they were nice, same with raisin peanutbutter spread. Though I am not a picky eater, SO might be yuck for some and yum for others.Strive to be the better self that one could possibly be.

Today was a great day. Hopefully the scale is nice in the morning. Right now it's showing my last week morning weigh in and I normally drop 3 at night...fingers crossed. Did a mile with my little man today. We were racing my shadow. lol He likes jumping on my shadow's head. Got t t t taxes knocked out today too...gosh I hate tax time. I did something today that I haven't done in a while. I had breakfast and then I was so engaged with work that I forgot lunch and didn't even get hungry. Tomorrow I find out if I was chosen to do a sponsored log.

OMG I feel for you, really I do. But alas, I must confess... while reading it I had tears rolling down my checks from laughing so hard. That would be something that I could see myself doing. I did read where you were having a bit of a hard time with the cardio but I thought it was due to the new program you were trying. If you were able to get through the workout you wound up creating, I'm sure you'll have no problem getting through the day 3. Keep going!!!

I would think so. one of the reps contacted me about this one http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=160538631 I wish I'd have thought to post this in here earlier. they announce the participants today but you may be able to squeeze in.
I don't know much else other than they post new ones in here http://forum.bodybuilding.com/forumdisplay.php?f=85 Honestly I don't know much else. I would have never even applied if not asked. Each one has their own requirements and this one is minimum of 3 times per week logging about workouts and the products they send. Hope this helps....I'm just feeling my way throughHi, I'm Crystal :)

Good morning everyone!!! Friday is here!!!!!!! We made it another week. Now don't blow it on the weekend shenanigans.
Today is a day off from work and an upper body/cardio workout. I will attempt to finish it in its entirety. I swear when I read the Bizzy program I didn't think it sounded all that challenging.
I blame Wankelpt for showing me it. And Kure for making me look for something different. Grrrrr (JK)
I really do like the challenge and am going to make a point of switching things up and finding new programs. This one is 21 days so I have some time to look for another. I was in such a funk...bored...going through the motions with no goals to speak of. So this has breathed new life into me. And on another note...I'm finally hitting 10K steps (13k+ to be exact). So I'm happy that I'm hitting that goal with more of a plan.
It said 185 on the scale the other day. Just one day but I saw it and I know that it's coming. Daily weighing is really helping me stay more consistent and not be emotionally attached to that number. Never thought I'd say that sentence. Thinking about where I want my weight to be when I'm done.....Last time I hit 146 I was happy but not done...I was trying to see 125. So 145 is my first goal and then I'll see. So 41 lbs to go. Seems so reachable now. Just gotta believe.
I'll be back later!!!

Morning Everyone!
Thanks Crystal! I'm not gonna rush it, if they come to me, then I'll check it out. It seems that they hunt the people down they want to sponsor so.
Stayed up too late last night , and now it's about time to get it legs and shoulders. The good thing is that this workout isn't orthodox to his normal workouts. It's heavy weight and 6-8 reps for legs then 3 sets of ten for shoulders, will be a lot of fun.
Hoping to relax this evening and take out abs and calves first thing in the am.

I'm curious! I will update when I've tried them out.
I used to eat peanut butter all day, err day but I just eliminated it out of my diet 2 years ago. I'll eat it sometimes but I cannot control myself with the stuff. Peanut butter with jelly and butter, my goodddd so nice. Therefore I decided to just not eat it anymore. If this is even remotely close I would be happy.
Yesterday: 2150 calories.
Weigh-in: 205.0 lbs, which is exactly -2.0 lbs for this week. And with this weight, I'm officially broke through my lowest weight when I started 2 years ago at 240 and before I gained a lot of it back too 230. I'm ready for the next level

Not officially in by deadline but I started cutting March 2nd with a goal of 48lbs lost for July 19th, in for support and to support others.
Hadn't lifted seriously in over a year due to some major injuries, but I'm 2 weeks back in the gym and at about 60% of my former lifts already. Expecting to hit PR's while cutting by week 8.
Good luck all.
Starting weight: 278.0
Current weight: 271.5
Goal weight: 230.0
Have been 320+ lbs before and successfully dropped to 235 in 2011, confident I can get there again and looking forward to it."There is no reason to be alive if you cannot do deadlift!" - J.P.S.

Weighing in at 196.4 this morning. Only down 0.6 for the week, but I think the huge increase in fiber to my diet from the Quest bars is getting in the way. On my last cut, 1850 calories per day was netting me 1.5-2 pounds per week relative to 1.6 over the last two weeks. I suppose even if I'm somehow burning less and the 0.8 per week average is legit I'll still be down at ~188 by the end of the cut, which I'd be fine with considering my goal of 185.

Well guys, I weighed in at 241.9 this morning for my official weigh in.
20k Job Challenge
Today is day 8 of 19. 11 days left.
Weight: 241.9
Need to lose 11.9 LBS still.
So far, my plan is not working as well as I hoped. Been doing some looking at how to shed the water weight going into the last 7-9 days or so. I still think I can do this, but losing it "healthy" isn't going to be the way.
Only 2.9 LBS away from the 100 LB loss mark!Starting Date: 03/01/2016
Weight: 348 LBS (Start)
Weight: 328 LBS (Current)
Total Loss from start date: 20.0 LBS
