Will give it march 1st since that's when cut begins. Perfect thread, since I plan to be done cutting by the latest, June 1st. Was in nitrowidgets thread but decided I wasn't ready yet for the cut(lulz at laziness)

goal is to hit around 10-12%bf mark for this summer..hopefully. Starting around 18%. I remember last year this time I was really focused and dedicated when I checked these kinda threads on the daily to not only keep up but to know there's other people working just as, if not, harder than me. Cannot wait to post someday my full transformation someday

I think I'm starting this one at the perfect time, just breaking a plateau so I should be well on my way to my new goal of 210 lbs, or 10% body fat.... which ever comes first. For those that didn't catch it on one of the other threads, about 2 weeks ago I had a dunk test for body fat and came in at 20.6% so I will be using that as my starting point for this thread.

Can't think of a good quote to put here.....

"It doesn't matter what exercise you do, but man was made to move, to eat sparingly, to work hard and to screw as much as he can manage. Do all that, and you will look as good as your genes will let you, be content as the arseholes around you will allow, and maybe get a few screws. The particular virtues of weight training are in the discipline it brings to both mind and body, and, if you do it right, it will make you look good naked and do well what you got your clothes off to do." Since thread is pretty much dead for the 28th, i figured i'd start off here. get some humor and motivation going out the gate.
So it was chest and back today at the gym....
Yeah... I'm doing incline bench with 100lb dumbbells. Do my set of ten. bring the weights down, and drop them. very controlled, not a lot of bounce and noise. Right after I feel a shot of cold soot up my back, and i hear people moaning and yelping. I look over to see that i dropped it right on my tightly sealed, just about full gallon of water, which exploded into a geyser that shot clear across ALL the dumbbell benches..
I was known as water boy for the rest of my time at the gym today. I actually answered to it because i felt so bad.
The good news is that i knew all five people "showered" by the incident, so we all at least got a good laugh in.
At least my food is prepped....
Food prepped for what you asked? Well. I'm going to the Arnold Classic this weekend. We leave lat 6pm. Normally i just prep for 3 meals a day and the rest i make at home before and after work. since they don't take as long, as I'm one to eat 6-7 times a day. SO i had to make EVERYTHING ahead of time, or at least measure and bag it for later consumption... just crazy

@kureransu you just about killed me. That was so funny I couldn't help but giggle and that hurt my injury from this morning. I needed a good laugh though. I don't know what's up with me lately, but this morning I was trying to pick something up off of the floor and it felt like someone was stabbing me in my back near my shoulder blade. I called the chiro, went in, and apparently a rib came out of place. It's back in now, but sore.
Have fun this weekend!Hi, I'm Crystal :)

Hehe nice story Kure.
Kristen, congratz with your boy!
So I've decided to switch posting to this thread as well. I ran the 6.6 km yesterday again and while I said I didn't wanted to go full force because I just recovered a few days I totally didn't do that and went running at my max. I felt I could drop down dead any second but I finished the route in 6 minutes and 15 seconds faster than before that (37:45). It really felt awesome. Also, the amount of calories were 1500 yesterday which should do some damage control for the stupid 3200 consumed tuesday.
I will post my official starting weigh-in tomorrow. Also thinking about posting some progress pics for the last three months.
