I'm in, probably going to be around 227-230 to start, depending on how much I destroy myself in SoCal this weekend ...Blues Hockey, Disneyland, family gathering, beach time. wile its gonna be 28 degrees in st louis. i mean, there are some Planet Fitness locations in the OC I can hit to mitigate any possible "issues" . Call it a "re-feed" weekend? j/k I'll be careful
My goal is to hit 200 by 31 May, which will probably get me as low as I wish to go before I start to "bulk" and wiil mark the 1 year mark of my life transformation. I think. Coming from 430 lbs nearly a year ago and as miserable and depressed as I was...it's like I have been reborn. these "challenge" threads have helped so much. First attempt at bulking and it's going a lot harder than I imagined. Starting to struggle with controlling my appetite, haha. So far I haven't done any damage with a massive binge but my appetite is slowly starting to return to it's old monstrous self.

And.....I don't want anyone to take this thread too lightly....we all want better health...but.......This thread takes us right to summer weather...shorts, tshirts and bathing suits for some (not really in New England but you never know). So lots of exposed areas. Keep your eye on the prize here. All of us want to feel comfortable in those clothes so really stay focused.
Set attainable but challenging goals.
