    I received 5 2 serving sample packs of 1mr Vortex by BPI (Fruit Punch)

    Taste:9 I used about 1 1/2 servings in 12oz of water, and It tasted good for a pre-workout, no chemical taste, slightly strong on the artificial flavoring, but nothing bad at all, especially for a supplement.

    Mixibility:9.5 1.5 Servings mixed almost completely with 12 oz of water without any stirring, after stirring it quickly, it was just about completely disolved

    Initial impression

    WOW, This stuff is big time, the major leagues of PWO's. Within roughly 5-7 minutes you get a razor sharp focus, that lasts throughout the entire workout. On the ride to the gym I just felt completely amped to workout. During my workout I was zoned in, I notice I would take shorter breaks between sets, I just wanted to demolish the weights I was lifting. Tonight I did bench. I was able to go up 5lbs on each hand on DB bench (incline) and I probably could've gone up another 5 on each hand, and 2 reps on all 3 sets of flat bench. The pump was great, my upperbody just felt so big, and full, and lasted till after my workout. So far, VERY VERY impressed.

    Unfortunately I've had Mild-Moderate Flu symptoms since Saturday . I was feeling about 65-70% today, and feeling a bit restless, so I did a shoulder workout at my house tonight. I took 1 serving of 1mr, and it cleared a lot of that mental fog I've had. I had a good workout all things considered. The exercises I could do at home with what I had (DB wise) I didn't lose any strength, which is good, because I have had no appetite the last couple days. I hope I feel better soon, so I can workout at 100% again.

    Last night I did back. I took 1 1/2 servings about 15 mins pre-workout. I noticed that on my ride over to the gym I was SUPER PUMPED to get going. I had a great workout. I was able to add 10lbs to lat pulldowns on all three sets. I was also able to add 10lbs to bent over rows, and 10lbs easily to T-bar rows. It felt like I could workout forever, I had very little fatigue and I was pushing myself very hard, not to mention I am coming off a minor flu, and having no appetite for the few days before. I have about 2 workouts left on 1mr Vortex, I am seriously in love with this stuff!

    I can't give it credit for that, I think that was more along the lines of rest, mega dosing vit C, extra zinc and vit D, but it helped me want to workout towards the tail end of being sick when I was still tired, and on the fringe debating whether or not I should workout....

    Had another great workout today on Vortex! I did chest and tri's tonight. I lost track of time and just kept going till the gym closed lol ( was there about 1:30-1:45 ) I was able to go balls to the wall the entire time, constant energy throughout! I have one more workout left (legs 2morrow), then I will post my final thoughts, and put up a store review. I am exhausted at the moment writing this lol, watching the NCAA championship game, good game so far!
