Finally got the goods Saturday and had my first workout this Monday.Also with word that a T-shirt is in the works.So thanks goes out to you guys.
The goods
Personally I've tried all the flavors and would of got 3x PB chocolate as it's the best IMO,but sadly that wasn't a option.
Hydroxy cut
- Took first dose Saturday morning, started out at 1 pill one time a day as directed as270 mg caffeine and other stims can pack a punch. Hoping to lean out While on this log while maintain LBM and strength.
-20-30 mins in felt a energy rush was a bit much at first kind of had that un-easy jittery feeling, hour or so later it passed.
-Prior to this I usually only take stims prior to workout which contain about 150 mg caffeine.
-this was on a empty stomach first thing when i woke up with a glass of H20. Probably stick to one pill for a bit more.
mondays jam
Flat bench press 3x5 @ 175
Incline DB bench press @ 3x5 50's
Decline smith bench press 3x5 @ 165
Standing DB Bicep curls 1x10 @ 20, 3x 10 @ 30
Ez bar seated curls 3x10 @ 30
Seated calf raise 3x5 @ 85 +5
Calf extensions on seated leg press 3x5 @ 270
-As you can see in the photo two of the tubs are already cracked open PB of course and C n' C and a few shakes are in the gullet already.. Will post up some pics soon, probably a pancake or two maybe try some cupcakes/brownies to bake. Will post up some more about diet and routine, moar to come!.

-the "+ 6's" are 6 second count slow negatives i like to incorporate every now and then. And are done after the 6 normal reps.

Hydroyxy cut
-Getting more use to this, seems a good get me going/pick me up in the AM.Up to two doses @ 1 cap each. Think having something in my gut helps a bit.
Phase 8 PB choc
-Mixing 8/10 Some foaming like all of their proteins have to mix then let it sit then mix again as all the foam settles to the top.Afterwords no clumps/sediment
-taste 9/10. It's more like a candy/Reece's flavor than a natural/nutty peanut butter flavor, But I dig it.
Profile 8/10
-26 g protein is great, but why the glycine/taurine addition It's unnecessary and just bolsters protein label content, I have yet to see a rep comment on why it's in there. So ya wonder what's the actual protein count.Last edited by lordgt1; 02-26-2014 at 05:17 PM.

lordgt1, We have addressed the reasons t/g were added in other threads.
It was created in the formula, It was there before you applied to log the product.
I want you honesty rate the product, But if you're going to use this log to just ask a question which has been addressed over and over i will not follow this log.
If you rate the product low because of t/g that is your choice, But i must then ask, did you only apply for free protein? You were well aware of the formula before you decided to log so it makes me question your intentions.
Again, Log it truthfully, But don't ask a question you know i have already addressed (i have seen you in threads)
Overall i'm glad you like how they taste, and so far it seems like you enjoy them a ton!
If t/g is the only reason to go from a 10/10 to a 8/10 that's fine in my books.

It's part of the formula area of review the only reason i brought it up and yes its the only reason the formula gets a 8/10. Otherwise the product is a great economical protein choice, especially with the frequent BOGO's.
As i mentioned even with T/G it makes up a small portion of the total protein content. It's still [and im only guessing] around 22-24 grams of protein, 2-3 grams isn't going to make or break someone, which is why i choose to log it that and i can't deny it tastes great.

Hydroxy cut
- now up to taking two doses in the morning. I feel it's a good dose to get you going in the morning, but i still stick to one cap as my second dose as with two i have trouble falling asleep as i take it around 4pm. I can notice the energy difference and thermo effect is stronger with 2 caps, but that's expected. Sweating more especially during cardio, but ample amounts of energy to get me through the mile after my workout.
cookies N' cream taste 8/10

Clean and presses haven't done these in a while, felt awkward until you get your balance back. 1x10 bar 1x5 35, 3x5 60. And that was it sort of sad, seen guys doing 145 ez at the gym. But aside from a few not many do them at all. Pity felt great, combines a lot of different muscles workign together.

Vanilla phase 8
-I'm not a vanilla fan at all, but this is the best tasting vanilla I've had yet. It's sweeter than most of the vanillas i've had, probably why i enjoy it so much. 8/10.
Down a LB over all so far. Diet's been on point around 2500 cals 50% protein 30% fat 20% carbs. Whole grains, veggies lean meat chicken fish. Usually start the day with a phase 8 shake w coffee ground oats in 1% milk. Attribute it to both diet/exercise and hydroxy cut.

Kept the reps in the 10 range but added some weight to the chest exercises, felt solid. Slow, controlled reps. Think im going to throw some PB choc phase 8 in some brownie mix see how it turns out.

meal 1 chick/meat w/ rice wild/whole grain [uncle bens stuff]
meal 2 chick/meat w/ rice wild/whole grain
meal 3 phase 8 shake in milk w/ oats
meal 4 fish [salmon/tilapia w wild/whole grain rice
night time phase 8 shake w milk

national chest day? Get outa here. I am enjoying them. 2-3 shakes a day and a small handful of pills to get me going.

-satiety seems to keep me full w the oats in the morning about 2-3 hours before i get the "im hungry" whats in teh fridge. Nothing special in this aspect just commenting.

Misc
- incorporated some of the negative 6 counts into my back routine today. Can tell a difference when you're doing those 6 count negatives, had to drop weight on some of the lifts. Clean and presses still felt a bit difficult now eight increase. Lats/shoulders feel more sore than usual, attribute it to the negs.
And whose not jealous of filet Mignon @ 7$/ LB?!!
