no body talk about steroids here i just talk from my experience and what pro says also if i should follow the same routine while bulking and diet then joe wider advices is also wrong i bet u heard about his 10 rules or whatever before .................just let me be more clear here yes u can lose fat with the same routine as bulking routine while u on diet okay i agree with that but its not enough to give u the same result as u use high reps coz when u do high reps while u diet its burn more fats and give ur muscles more details and more definition and u will be forced any way to reduce the weight u use while on diet coz the low carbs routine u will follow while u dite just one more thing about abs for example when u work out ur abs with weights its just make ur abs bigger and make it stand out more not burning fat as high reps and more exercises thats keep ur abs strong
at the end iam not saying iam right or wrong i can be wrong for sure i just post what i know thats all and thanks for ur advice for sure u wanted to help any way.No brain, no gain.
