You may not think you are in peak physical condition but dude - you rock. Great chest, back, shoulders, traps and the fact that you abs responded like that just after one workout. You suck! OP fuk the haters! Don't listen to any of their bullchit, slow down your bulk, get on an established lifting workout and get swol. The misc doesn't even lift, you're already ahead of 90% of them.

Looks more like 165.
Op you have noticeable chest gains, slow your bulking way, waaay down. There is no reason at all to dirty bulk if your not on cell-tech. Lean bulk and aim for a lb a week. You gained way too much fat here

if you're actually 16 just eat huge and make sure you're hitting the gym at least 3x a week. consistency is key.
