    not sure if it applies to meet your need, we are all different. I would try a higher calorie intake to see what happens first.

    As Jari says what I am doing is not necessarily a representation of what you need to do. I am just doing an aggressive mini cut because I need to fit back into some clothes, plus I got a chit ton of weddings coming up this year and none of my suits fit :-/

    That's part of the problem, having to use the online calcs as the gym has gotten really flaky about doing bf% checks unless you are paying a trainer. US military calc shows 15%, I'm carrying everything in my waist and low back, some on the thigh. I figure if I can lose the love handles that would get me to a pretty solid point.
