Picked up bronkaid and some prolabs caffeine tabs today. Following the dosages from hotnfit... anyone have any last minute reccomendations or tips before i begin tomorrow?

I would add in fish oil as it will lower your blood pressure while taking ec stack. Keep low dosage, don't take more then 2x daily. It will suppress your appetite.

^fish oil is a good idea. Listen to your body and wouldn't be a bad idea to keep an eye on blood pressure.

- No EC stack if you have any other medication - especially asthma treatments that might have pseudoephedrine
- Stick to the recommended dosage
- No heat - avoid warm places
- No high cardio training, no HIIT
- No more than 6 weeks in a row as it's your 1st time
- No extra coffee, tea or cola - drink a lot of water instead
- Check your blood pressure: fast heart rate and slight jitters are ok but stop immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous
- If you eat too much you might throw up, reduce your meals, increase their number
- Last dose at least 6 hours before going to bed
