both would have been great fights, I slightly wanted him to fight khan more bc of his speed khan is just as fast or faster. however, at least maidana is an entertaining fighter who will not quit and has concrete in his fists so itll be interesting to see what happens when he lands a decent shot. cotto gave mayweather a good challenge, so its possible maidana could be entertaining or itll be a canelo alvarez type destruction. whats great about maidana is hes coming off the biggest win of his career and has extreme heart he will not quit.
