    Returning from injury

    Hey guys, just a lil backround info, 6 months ago I tore both my hamstrings playing football, when I was heAlthy I squatted 365 and today I did 365, is this good for the amount I've had for recovery time? and the tears wernt minor strains they were tears of the ischial tuberocity, and it took my football season away from me.
