Managed to finish 6 week shortcut to shred a day early as blasted the socks of it for the last round, full on warfare !
My main goal was to shed some fat from the stomach which it sure has done, instead of 2 rolls of fat I now have about 6 to 8 little ones showing while in a seated position.
If I try and grab these extra rolls there's much less fat than what was there 6 weeks ago, i'm more than happy with the results and I think i'll need maybe another 6 weeks of clean eating and a lot of hard work to shed the last bit.
I know with the extra work I've been doing on abs they sure are a tough pack of cookies
Finishing weight was 76.9kg
Started at 79kgLast edited by Michaelcleo; 03-14-2014 at 12:51 PM.

Age: 19
Sex: Male
Height: 6'3
Weight: 223lbs
Training experience (TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you!): I've been lifting with a purpose for almost two full years now. In high school I was the athletic, yet unathletic looking kid who was overweight but still managed to get by. By senior year of HS, I was weighing 230 and was struggling to push 185 on the bench. Unfortunately when I first started, I did the typical HS split: Chest+Tris/Back+Bis/Off/Chest+Tris/Back+Bis/Off/Off every week and sure I was putting on size and strength but in the wrong ways. It wasn't until my freshman year of college that I started training the way training should be done, and I quickly grew stronger and got a lot bigger. Since then, I have been researching and working my ass off to achieve the best results possible since this is the age when results should come quickest or easiest. In less than two years, I've been able to take my maxes from 205/185/225 to 435/265/505 all while recomposing my body, weighing 225 at the start and still weighing 220-225 now.
Athletic History (sports you did or excelled in during High School or College): Football 7th-10th, Baseball 7th-10th, Discus 10th-12th, Ice Hockey 7th-12th, and since high school has been weightlifting and men's league Ice Hockey.
If you win what flavor would you like? (Watermelon, Blue Raspberry or Fruit Punch): Beggars can't be choosers, so any flavor would be fine with me. If you held me at gunpoint, I'd choose Watermelon just because I've had Watermelon flavored supps before and they're usually fantastic.
Thanks for the opportunity OP, looking forward to doing this log or following along with the winners!

Thanks
Ill throw some pictures up in next day or 2, due to the diet and the training I've fully loaded up on good food to replentish my tired old body so i'm bloated like crazy, i'm sure I was thin on Thursday lol
I may be bloated but I still see that extra rib showing through
Really looking forward to the coming week as it's class's only, I really need some serious training fun in my life as the last 6 weeks as been full on serious, power power power !
I done a class yesterday and everybody commented on how thin and ripped I was, that boosted my confidence no end, thanks ladies

We done the same although I don't drink so it was a water for me
Here's a quick couple of photos that a random took for me , just done about 50 minutes cardio and around 50 wide, medium and close grip pullups/chin-ups.
Most of my bloat has now gone from the few days last week and into the weekend food attack to help replenish what Jims 6 week took from me so come Saturday when I have my health mot i'm expecting to look pretty darn good on my 150ish grams of carbs a day taken with Matador

I sure am, I have big plans for the summer that includes naked torso's and tight tops so no time to lose
It's my Birthday on 26th this month, I think I can safely say I hit my goal, birthday morning i'll run straight to the gym and i'd love to see below 76.9kg, I set my goal at 77kg and I was 76.9kg last week .
I personally think I still have about 2kg to lose before I have really nice abs showing through and i'm still undecided on what my next plan of attack is, spose i'll see what happens from now to end of this month as I allways like to start my plan of attack at the start of a month.
There's 2 options.
1) Hope i'm lucky and get picked to log NITRIC SHOCK and then I will go for muscle gains. this would be a no stim month.
2) Start the 6 week shortcut to shred again to shed some more fat and develop minor gains in muscle and strength. Use some stims, a fat burner or a pre workout, I have enough of both to get me through another 6 weeks.
Either one I will fully log as it's amazing what before and afters can do with a 4 or 6 week workout .
And with only doing class's and abit of heavy weights now till end of month i'm pretty darn sure I will be in tip top shape ready for whatever comes my way.Last edited by Michaelcleo; 03-19-2014 at 01:35 PM.

It sure is, although i'm really looking forward to Aprils Log/review of Volt so it's not doom and gloom on my end.
As i'm back on a stim next month with Neon Sport Volt i'll still need to have amonth off stims after the logs finished so I will more then likely buy some Nitric Shock 100% to carry my pumps through the stim free time .
I put in for this for a reason so I will have to try it out for my next none stim pre workout and i'll throw you a free log/review up but it's going tobe around 40 days till I can start a new log.
Now if we aren't looking to log this for another 40 days ( may ) I could leave my application open? in the hope I get in but for April i'm all Neon Sports.

Good luck to me, good luck to everybody else.
Do'nt forget I asked to have my app re-instated as we cant get Neon Volt to me as I'm from Uk, so there's no Log forth coming anymore for Volt
I'll be focusing on deltoids through April using exercises selected from the following link, especially on the posterior deltoids
http://www.exrx.net/Lists/ExList/ShouldWt.html
Sneaky cubicle photo from this morning, no exercise today as it's day off, although I did go upstairs and do alittle on forearms while there, just went in for weigh in, 77.4kg, as I've drunk about 1 and 1/2 litres of water before leaving home this morning I take it my real weight is around 76kg, makes me very proud of myself indeed
Weigh in day involves no food from 6pm and only a small glass of water in the morning then it's weigh time within an hour of waking up.
The following photo is around 7 month old, I was trying on my 1st tight Nike Pro Combat top, size is large, belly out is how I was normally.
The above photo I'm now wearing a size small Nike Pro Combat top
The large is just way way way to big for me now, its like a baggy jumper !

And from yesterday before weights.
