These shirts were loose when I was 195. XXL would be brand dependent, and if the shirt isnt extremely loose it fits on me weird.

I have a long torso and huge monster traps so most shirts wont even fit like I'd like them to. When you get this sort of physique you will understand, honestly my best bet is stretchier type shirts.

I'll never look like Plitt. Why compare a guy with roids to someone without? It's actually not a fitted shirt.

Truthfully I put it on and lawled at how it looked. It feels douchey, but truthfully none of my shirts fit right anymore.

Pictures and size can be deceiving, and my interest is to get big and strong not to be lean and hungry without having made a significant amount of progress like most of the misc who are skinny.
