    Great lifting man. Do you prefer to lift without being strapped to the bench like I've seen in International competition or was that option not available here? Regardless, that was very impressive.

    Have never even trained strapped down, but I will be soon for international comps. This is just how I have been doing it, im sure strapping down will help, and was told that I am allowed to, just didnt want to change anything yet

    Troy is the one who gives me advice on lifting. Known him a long time now. That was only his second full meet after not doing full meets in like 20 years.

    And after seeing how that place was still hot in there with it being only 50 degrees out, has me rethinking competing there in July!! LOL!!
