So with all that, a little bit about myself and what I'm hoping toget out of this product:
I'm 23 years old, a father, husband, full time nursing student, and working about 30 hours a week. So I am definitely looking to gain some alertness, clarity, and decrease stress and remain calm. I train 6 days a week, usually 2 hour sessions. 2 days of legs/shoulders, back/bis, chest/tris and a rest day. Each day I try to include some circuit training, core, and heavy bag and speed bag training. On days I am unable to circuit train I will run 1-3 miles.
So as you can see I have a JAM packed schedule, between my 6 month old daughter, school and work.
I will begin my MindSet journey today. Plan on taking my first dose before the gym as I've been up since 6:30 am with school and will definitely want to get focused upon heading to the gym! Here goes nothing, feel free to ask me anything and enjoy my review of Haleo's MindSet!!

So yesterday I took mindset before my workout. Felt a little more focused and mentally clear but nothing too crazy... So today I decided I will stick to my preworkout before workout and I decided to take mindset before my 8am class. I took it on the drive into school at about 745. I didn't feel much until about 845 when I felt more alert, and genuinely more interested in what my nursing professor was saying. I usually am dragging at this time a day without coffee. But today I did not drink coffee or eat until after taking mindset to give it a true test. And it definitely helped. I was a bit more alert but in a clean way not the jittery coffee way. So I think I will continue taking it before classes! Very pleased so far

It is kind of like, I wonder if this stuff is working yet. I feel good, not sure how long it takes to kick in... definitely feel more alert and clear headed. I think its kicked in... wow, I am way more focused, motivated and in a better mood, this stuff is definitely working.
You can take it with your coffee/caffeine/preworkout stimulant based energy cocktail or in place of. The thing is, I can fall asleep on Mindset but wake up totally refreshed and still focused and alert. I would say that it takes about 30 minutes to kick and by an hour most people know they are on something. The effects seem to last several hours - dare I say 8 or more. This is just me however.Joey Rodrigues

It is 4:28 PM PST as I write this and I am still in the zone. I have taken 2 capsules of Onpoint (200 mg of caffeine, 100 mg of capsimax, 10 mg of PQQ) and 4 Mindset at 6:00 AM and then 2 OnPoint and 2 Mindset at 12:30 PM. The caffeine, capsimax and PQQ are certainly working additively if not synergistically with Mindset's composition.

It hasn't ended for me and I have been on it 3 weeks at least. Some days are a little better than others which can be affected by and bunch of variables. Also, it is like this. You go from feeling a bit foggy or off to being clear headed, focused and alert. So that is a huge turnaround. Then all of a sudden everyday is a bit more focused, alert and you are just on so it is not as drastic. You just kind of say to yourself "Hey, I feel good and I am ready to do this!".

So I took mindset before work last night and man did it put me in the zone. I was killin it! Had the day off from school and work today so I'm not sure. Thinking I may take it before my run today to see how it effects me and my cardio since I always dread it. Maybe it will make the running a bit less dreadful and more about focusing on the positive!

Good stuff so far Sullivan, glad to see the effects are coming on as the days go by. Don't be afraid to experiment like Joey said and take it with your preWO.

Really continuing to enjoy Haleo's mindset thus far. Took the weekend off from lifting which is RARE for me and the wife but we had busy family stuff going on.. Anyways took it upon waking instead and it really carried me through Saturday and Sunday just made me feel a bit more clear headed and focused on anything I put some thought into which was pretty cool. Yesterday I took my mindset a again before class and about 30-40 minutes in... BAM I'm in the zone and focused. I think as it continues to be present in my system, each day I feel more in tune and zoned in which is great. Some products you get used too and they lose potency, whereas with mindset it's the total opposite!

Tries running after taking it about 2 days ago on leg day and I think it made a difference. I ran on the treadmill which is always like pulling teeth for me. I usually shoot for 3 miles but I'll run for a minute or so at 8-9.5 than walk for 30-60 seconds at 3-4 speed. This time I felt like I was running for much longer intervals with less walking and I ran over 3 miles without even realizing it. (I cover the stats with a towel and just look at the speed number). Needless to say I'll definitely take my mindset on long run days from now on!

I am always playing games with the treadmill - covering it up with a towel, so many calories or distant in a certain amount of time and so on. Mindset definitely gives you that in the zone feeling where you do not allow any mental weakness to creep in and you just stay focused and keep going. I often look around and see others running on the treadmill and say to myself, if he or she can keep going so can I - and then I like to go further and harder!

Hey I'm so sorry I never wrapped up this log!! But needless to say I purchased more Mindset, and have added to my daily lineup for when I'm needing a little focus and pickmeup. I use it almost everyday some days I miss but I think it's fully in my system I don't think it matters. But I love the focus and attention to whatever I'm trying to do it gives me. Unique product but
Lives up to what it says it will deliver
