i have gained 10lbs over the last 2 months but i can't tell if it is muscle or fat i don't notice that i can lift better and i do not see any difference in muscle/fat is there a way i can check this?

well, you could just hae a pretty bad diet, muscle builds under the layer of fat that is on your body, if you have a high fat percentage, it's fairly hard to see all the muscle that you have been building
but 2 months and no notice in strength gains is fairly odd, I'd have to see how good/bad your diet is, and also your workout routine3 scoops of jack3d and I can change a spare without a jack or a tire iron
4 scoops of jack3d...... you remember what happened to japan?

i was thinking that it might have been my diet, as i do not always stick to it, it is hard during the weekends as i am at home. but on a usual day i have school i eat:
6am:5egg whites, 1 bowl of oats 1pint of milk and 1 pint of water first protein shake
10:30(first break):1 skinless chicken breast about 50 grapes a banana or orange
11:40(second break) 1 skinless chicken breast 1 pint of water
3:15 2-4 peanut butter sandwhiches (brown bread) 5 egg whites 2 pints of water
6:15(dinner): ussually chicken or beef with veg and potatoes it varies from night to night.
6:30 second protein shake
and that is about it... for my work out well its hard to explain as we use machines and im not sure what they're called but basically we do a few circuits of those and a lil carido ussually skipping or cross trainer the weight machines exersice every muscle (there are about 20 differnt machines) so i dont know if my muscles would have time to grow as we exerisice them every time i go in which is monday tuesday thursday friday sunday < if this bit doesnt make sense il try to rewrite it but i dunno if i can. but basically it says i dont really have a work out we have instructors there so i can ask them too~ Your Half Way Only Another Half To Go~
